Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer of Axtroid, a technology company specializing in advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions. This fast‑paced position goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring the ability to create order from complexity and keep the CEO’s agenda running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit presentations, proposals, reports, quotations and other business correspondence.
• Draft professional emails, letters, meeting minutes and internal documents.
• Track tasks, deadlines and follow‑ups to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, government departments and internal teams.
• Organise files, records, contracts and documentation with high accuracy.
• Assist in cross‑departmental project coordination and research for business decisions.
• Review documents for grammar, formatting, consistency and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and administrative efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior management as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Office Manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
