About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a leading financial services firm in Mumbai. The role involves managing communications, schedules, travel, and documentation to ensure smooth executive operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions.
- Prepare internal and external documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel itineraries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for paper and electronic records.
- Manage executives' calendars and coordinate meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with budgeting, expense management, and basic financial reporting.
- Conduct research, compile project information, and support special projects.
- Facilitate internal and external communications and act as a liaison.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and support event planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Independent worker with strong teamwork orientation.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
