About the role
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high‑quality support in a professional office environment. The role involves handling routine administrative tasks, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of work under minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Utilise advanced Excel functions such as V‑Lookup, Pivot Tables and Macros to generate reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers and fax machines.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑player attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm and proactive mindset.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential data.
