Executive Accounts – AR & AP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Accounts professional to manage both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions for our operations in Kochi, supporting deugro’s global project freight forwarding business. The role combines invoice processing, cash‑flow forecasting and close collaboration with teams in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and post customer invoices in the ERP system and monitor AR aging.
• Follow up with customers, coordinate collections and resolve disputes with Middle East teams.
• Record receipts, allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts monthly.
• Support AR reporting, audits and provide inputs to bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals and schedule payments according to due dates.
• Monitor AP aging, highlight overdue payables and handle vendor queries.
• Prepare vendor reconciliations, maintain records and support AP reporting and audits.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on AR/AP experience, preferably with exposure to Middle East operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for customer and vendor interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software.
