Executive 2 – Business Process & ERP Support

About the role
We are looking for an Executive 2 to support and enhance our textile ERP solution (INTEX). The role involves understanding business processes, designing solutions, and providing day‑to‑day application support to end users.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and map textile business processes to the ERP system.
- Design and configure solutions that meet user requirements.
- Provide first‑line support for business applications, handling trouble tickets and issue logs.
- Prepare system requirement specifications and related documentation.
- Utilise SQL to query and manage database tables.
- Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or solution providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (any discipline).
- 1–6 years of experience in ERP support, business process analysis or related IT roles.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate user needs into technical specifications.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL for database queries.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and related plug‑ins.
- Experience in application management and technical documentation.
