Event Host Internship

About the role

Join Meet Your Circle™️ as an on‑site Event Host intern in Kochi. You will help coordinate and facilitate local events, ensuring smooth execution and a great experience for attendees while learning the fundamentals of event management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, layout, and logistics on the day of the event.
• Welcome participants, provide guidance on using the MYC platform, and answer questions.
• Support food and beverage operations, ensuring timely service and cleanliness.
• Promote upcoming events to attendees and encourage platform engagement.
• Help onboard new participants and gather feedback to improve future events.

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
• Interest in event coordination and hospitality.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques to promote events.
• Organizational ability to manage event logistics.
