Escalation Support Analyst – Fraud Analysis (Walk‑In Interview)

About the role

HCL Technologies is seeking motivated analysts to join its Fraud Operations team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on escalation support for high‑risk identity verification cases, requiring detailed investigation and advanced fraud analysis. Candidates will work on‑site in a night‑shift schedule aligned with the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate escalated identity verification and fraud cases that need advanced analysis.
• Validate customer identities through document authentication, account analysis, and risk assessment.
• Analyze fraud indicators, behavioral patterns, and account activity to detect suspicious activity.
• Escalate high‑priority fraud threats to relevant teams and coordinate response actions.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts on complex or ambiguous fraud scenarios.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and suggest process improvements to strengthen controls.
• Ensure compliance with identity verification standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑6 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in fraud or identity verification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a night‑shift environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with good decision‑making abilities.
