ESC Project Leader

About the role

The ESC Project Leader will drive strategic improvements across 3M's Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) function. You will lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals while collaborating with global 3M teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects end‑to‑end with clear scope, managing time, cost and quality within defined guardrails.
• Engage stakeholders through clear communication and alignment to support delivery.
• Maintain governance by managing risks, documenting progress and escalating issues with mitigation actions.
• Align project outcomes to business objectives, track benefits and support sustainable adoption.
• Foster strong team collaboration, apply suitable methodologies and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering or manufacturing operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe).
