About the role

3M is seeking a Global Procurement Source to Contract Process Manager to lead the design and deployment of end‑to‑end procurement workflows across its worldwide operations. Based in Bangalore, you will work with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, drive cost efficiencies, and support technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and roll out efficient procurement workflows for global, regional, and local environments.
• Identify process gaps, implement best practices, and measure cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using analytics, benchmarking, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, IT, and regional teams to ensure alignment and enterprise‑wide value.
• Develop procurement requirements for systems, tools, and applications that enable global operations.
• Create documentation, training materials, and adoption programs to support change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before start date.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement operations, process optimization, and global procurement environments.
• Proven track record in strategic thinking, global process design, and delivering initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
