Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator ensures safe, efficient and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. Working on‑site, you will support field and maintenance crews, maintain equipment readiness and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient and reliable PSD services to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support field crews.
• Assist maintenance teams in preparing equipment for operations, rig‑up and rig‑down.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any problems or deviations.
• Enforce individual and crew safety standards, wear required PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety training and certifications.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience operating equipment in an industrial or field environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to work in a team‑oriented setting.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to varying shift patterns.

Required skills

• Equipment operation and handling.
• Rig‑up and rig‑down procedures.
• Safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
