Entry Level Recruiter – Fresh Graduate Trainee (Night Shift)

About the role

This position is designed for fresh graduates who want to start a career in talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Specialist‑Trainee you will work on the USA night shift (7 PM‑4 AM) supporting our clients’ hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates for open positions using job portals such as Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews and collect required candidate information.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding for permanent, contract or contract‑to‑hire roles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a B.Tech, BCA, BA or B.Com degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good learning ability and willingness to work permanent night‑shift hours.
• Basic proficiency in email composition and computer usage.
• Motivation to start a career in recruitment and human resources.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online job portals (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet research).
