Enterprise Solution Architect – Supply Planning & Manufacturing

About the role

The Enterprise Solution Architect will lead architecture across retail and supply‑chain domains, ensuring scalable, high‑performance solutions that align with customer strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with technical design.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end solution design and translate complex business requirements into integrated architectures.
• Lead business process analysis workshops and produce functional and technical designs.
• Present solution strategies and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Pre‑Sales, Cloud, and Support teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
• Support project planning by estimating scope, cost, and integration complexity.
• Facilitate solution demonstrations and integration discussions between Enterprise Planning and Store Shelf Planning systems.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and develop business cases for enhancements.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants, promoting architectural consistency and best‑practice frameworks.

Required profile

• 15+ years in manufacturing or supply‑chain planning, with 5+ years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
• Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP, production planning, order optimization, inventory planning and S&OP.
• Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance and end‑to‑end delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes across CPG, white goods, automotive, semiconductor, consumer electronics, metals and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
