Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Design & Development

About the role

The position is focused on developing and releasing Bosch Business Unit products to customers, following established guidelines. It offers the opportunity to work on customer‑driven product development, cross‑functional support, and innovation management within a leading global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product development based on customer requirements and ensure timely product release.
• Provide engineering support for localization, series topics, benchmarking and coordinate across functions to resolve issues.
• Drive cost reduction through engineering solutions and problem‑solving.
• Support innovation management by preparing invention reports for novel concepts.
• Communicate workload priorities, design risks and deviations to the team coach and obtain necessary support.
• Participate in technical discussions with internal and external experts to enhance competency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Master’s degree desirable).
• 1–2+ years of experience in product development processes.
• Strong knowledge of RB product development and Bosch Engineering System processes.
• Familiarity with standards, design, material, reliability, system and vehicle concepts.
• Customer‑centric mindset with good analytical and creative abilities.
