Engineering Manager – Full Stack Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a full‑stack team of backend and mobile engineers at EarnIn in Bengaluru. This hybrid role involves hands‑on design, development, and delivery of innovative financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive improvements in user acquisition, cross‑selling, and overall user experience.
• Design and implement new product areas and features, breaking complex problems into elegant, maintainable code.
• Guide the team through ambiguity, rapid experimentation cycles, and frequent pivots.
• Recruit and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and fostering a positive team culture.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, creativity, and a get‑it‑done mindset.
