About the role
KONE is looking for an Engineer or Senior Engineer to drive service sales in Bangalore. You will manage customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure KONE’s solutions meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, creating leads and cross‑selling opportunities for the KONE sales team.
- Handle RFQs, negotiate contracts, price offers using approved tools, and manage the sales funnel in the CRM system.
- Gather market and competitor information, support finance in collections, and report sales performance.
