Territory Account Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales of Ethicon Endosurgery products, including cutters, staplers, laparoscopic equipment and energy devices. The role focuses on achieving sales targets within a defined territory while building strong, long‑term relationships with hospitals and surgeons.

Key responsibilities

• Sell franchise products within the assigned territory and specialty, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Identify tender and contract opportunities, develop and execute an effective territory plan.
• Provide product training and in‑service education to surgeons and clinical staff through consult‑in‑surgery, one‑on‑one calls and group sessions.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends and competitor activity to recommend corrective actions and growth strategies.
• Manage expenses, sample distribution and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Science graduate (management degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year selling medical devices.
• Proven sales experience with laparoscopic products in key accounts.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude and ability to build loyalty with healthcare professionals.

Required skills
