About the role
We are looking for an Engineer specialized in New Product Development to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on creating innovative architectural products and aluminium façade systems that meet market demands and client specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new architectural products and aluminium façade solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and implement enhancements.
- Customize existing products to address specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Optional MBA in Marketing is considered an advantage.
