Senior Associate – Capital Projects & Infrastructure Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to support the PMO and digital transformation of capital projects in the metals and mining sector. You will work on building schedules, dashboards, and digital toolchains to improve visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain work plans and look‑ahead schedules, update progress, logic ties, and milestones in Primavera or MS Project.
• Run Earned Value Management calculations (CPI, SPI), perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and prepare management reports.
• Support risk registers, mitigation tracking, safety audit follow‑ups, and compliance documentation.
• Track material delivery performance, maintain vendor scorecards, and assist with bid evaluations and contract change requests.
• Develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards covering time, cost, risk, quality, safety and regulatory metrics.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators to integrate 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR data, IoT geo‑fencing and GenAI report assistants.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in PMO or project portfolio management for capital projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
