Senior Associate – Infrastructure Transformation (Capital Projects)

About the role

PwC’s Infrastructure Transformation Practice is looking for a Senior Associate to help clients improve the governance, monitoring and delivery of large‑scale capital projects. You will work on strengthening PMO structures, designing decision‑making frameworks and implementing digital solutions such as workflows, dashboards and data models to drive better project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain governance structures, calendars, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports.
• Support PMO operations, improve reporting and decision‑making frameworks across multiple project environments.
• Maintain project registers, reporting packs and progress‑monitoring mechanisms.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies and overall performance of capital projects.
• Analyse trends, delays and variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in the digital enablement of project controls through workflow automation and dashboard creation.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level with several years of experience in project portfolio management, PMO or project controls.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
