About the role

The Elementary School Teacher will join Aryan Residential Public School to deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons across core subjects. This full‑time, on‑site position involves creating a safe, inclusive learning environment and collaborating with a supportive educational community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and standards.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and elementary education skills with experience working with young learners.
• Ability to design and implement effective curriculum plans.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills for interacting with students, families and staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Understanding of child development, classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.
• Patience, adaptability and a commitment to student‑centered teaching.
• Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage.
