Electrician (Multi‑Skill Technician)

About the role

The Multi‑Skill Technician (Electrician) will handle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both electrical and plumbing systems for a residential society in Ahmedabad. The role also requires basic computer skills to log complaints and update maintenance records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, wiring, switches, sockets, panels).
• Carry out plumbing work including taps, pipes, drainage, and water supply lines.
• Respond to resident complaints within the defined turnaround time and record actions in the complaint management system.
• Coordinate with facility‑management team and vendors for material procurement and major repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in building or residential maintenance.
• Working knowledge of both plumbing and electrical systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, complaint logging, MS Excel or facility‑management software).
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills
