Electrician – Level IV

About the role

The Level IV Electrician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures safe, reliable operation of control systems while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, and use appropriate PPE.
• Perform high‑quality electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment and control systems.
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, manuals and specifications to execute work accurately.
• Update process documents, feed information into the Preventive Maintenance system, and raise issues to reduce cost and quality exposure.
• Coordinate maintenance activities around production schedules, identify constraints, and implement solutions.
• Support equipment failure analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
