Electrician – Hospitality Facility Maintenance

About the role

Harsoria Hospitality is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Electrician to join its facilities team in Panchkula. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems across guest rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, and common areas operate safely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment throughout the property.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults promptly, especially during events and peak periods.
• Coordinate with the broader maintenance team to schedule work and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure compliance with local electrical codes.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification as an electrician with valid local licences.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality venues, or other commercial buildings is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on operational needs.
