Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and optimal performance of electrical equipment within an industrial plant. The role involves executing scheduled and emergency maintenance, supporting projects, managing spare‑part inventory and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly electrical maintenance plans in coordination with plant maintenance teams.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on all plant electrical assets.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment of electrical components and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management of electrical spare parts, ensuring availability of critical items.
• Participate in task‑based risk assessments, obtain necessary permits and follow HSE standards.
• Implement Management of Change (MOC) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) actions as required.
• Support root‑cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective recommendations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to plant standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, risk assessment and HSE compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with planning, engineering and operations teams.
