Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of plant electrical equipment. This role involves executing scheduled and emergency repairs, supporting projects, and maintaining accurate documentation while complying with HSEF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly electrical maintenance plans in coordination with planning and plant teams.
• Perform critical electrical repairs and preventive maintenance while adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, track levels, inspect received materials and ensure availability of critical spares.
• Support troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment of electrical equipment and components.
• Participate in task‑based risk assessments, obtain permits and follow safety procedures for all activities.
• Implement Management of Change (MOC) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects flawlessly.
• Contribute to electrical maintenance cost budgeting and monitor adherence.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure alignment with HSEF standards.
