Electrical Layout Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Layout Engineer to develop detailed electrical designs for industrial, power‑plant and oil & gas projects. The role involves creating comprehensive layouts for cable trays, grounding, lightning protection, lighting, fire detection, and instrumentation across multiple Indian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare electrical layout drawings for cable trays, grounding systems, lightning protection, lighting, fire detection, and instrument routing.
• Generate and maintain documentation such as cable and interconnection schedules, termination details, and field instrument layouts.
• Interpret and apply power‑plant standards and oil & gas industry requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project models.
• Utilize 3D modeling platforms and drafting tools to produce accurate, constructible layouts.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical layout design for industrial projects.
• Familiarity with power‑plant standards and oil & gas industry specifications.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and produce clear design deliverables.
