E‑commerce Process Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our new International Seller Support / E‑commerce project (Walmart) in Pune. The role focuses on designing and delivering onboarding and upskilling programs for sellers and customer support teams, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
• Develop and maintain training manuals, presentations, SOPs, process workflows, and knowledge‑base materials.
• Explain e‑commerce processes, operational tools, client policies, and quality standards to trainees.
• Conduct assessments, monitor trainee performance, learning progress, and knowledge retention.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback and track attendance, progress, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Quality Teams, and client stakeholders to identify training gaps and support improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 3 + years experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO, Seller Support or E‑commerce environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal abilities.
