Cyber Security Trainer – Full‑Time (Weekend Batches)

About the role

Futurism technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Trainer to lead weekend batches at its Hinjewadi Phase 1 campus in Pune. The role focuses on delivering interactive, hands‑on training in cybersecurity concepts, threat intelligence and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions with labs, quizzes and recap activities.
• Provide personalized coaching for certification preparation, career planning and resume/interview guidance.
• Maintain post‑training support through Q&A forums, project assistance and continued lab access.
• Demonstrate the use of SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, ELK) for log correlation, threat detection and alert tuning.
• Guide learners through the full incident‑response lifecycle, from detection to recovery.
• Teach integration of threat‑intel feeds, IOC/IOA analysis and mapping to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Required profile

• 3 – 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, including architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming and cloud security.
• Proven experience as a trainer or mentor with strong presentation and learner‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar and the ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of XDR solutions.
• Ability to work with threat‑intelligence feeds and perform IOC/IOA analysis.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
