RPA Trainer – Capability Building

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic RPA Trainer to build automation talent in our Pune office. You will deliver hands‑on training on AutomationEdge and related RPA technologies, guiding participants from basic concepts to project‑ready proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical RPA training sessions using AutomationEdge and other platforms.
• Mentor trainees through exercises, projects, and technical assessments.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, demos, and learning resources.
• Support partner and client training initiatives to expand automation capabilities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in RPA, automation, or software development.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one RPA platform; AutomationEdge experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases and web applications.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and emerging AI/automation technologies.
