Early Education Teacher

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Education Teachers to join BEAM, a new‑age kids startup that reimagines learning through play. You will work with children aged 1‑9 years, delivering play‑based lessons that spark curiosity and foundational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age‑appropriate activities for young learners.
• Adapt teaching methods to support individual learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop curriculum and learning resources.
• Track and report children’s progress to parents and the team.

Required profile

• Experience teaching or working with children aged 1‑9 years.
• Formal qualification such as B.El.Ed or NTT is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for play‑based education and early childhood development.
