E-Commerce Operations Manager

About the role

Kroslo is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to own everything that happens after an order is placed. You will ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels and guarantee fast, cost‑effective dispatch right through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels on Amazon, Uniware, Shopify and other platforms to avoid stockouts and overselling.
• Dispatch every order within the committed timeline and select the optimal shipping method based on speed and cost.
• Track shipments end‑to‑end, flagging and resolving delays proactively.
• Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams to address operational issues instantly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of order status, dispatch times and delivery confirmations.
• Escalate and resolve delayed, lost or return‑to‑origin shipments to minimise customer impact.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance, inventory accuracy and shipment delays for founders and management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, dispatch, logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong ownership mentality with accountability for dispatch and shipment outcomes.
• Ability to solve problems quickly under time pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through on tracking and reporting.
