Duty Manager – South Goa Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the front‑office operations of our resort in South Goa. The role involves ensuring smooth daily service delivery, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall management team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑office activities, including reception, reservations and concierge services.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food‑and‑beverage and maintenance teams to guarantee seamless service.
• Monitor daily revenue reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Train, schedule and supervise front‑office staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in front‑office operations within the hospitality sector.
• Educational background: IHM diploma, other hospitality diploma or a graduate degree.
• Preferably a resident of Goa or willing to relocate to South Goa.
