Duty Doctor (MBBS) & TPA Staff – Multi‑Speciality Hospital

About the role

We are a multi‑speciality hospital in Tikamgarh seeking two qualified professionals: a Duty Doctor (MBBS) to manage ICU and emergency patients, and a TPA/PM‑JAY staff member to handle cash‑less admissions and insurance coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage admitted patients during duty hours and monitor ICU/critical‑care patients.
• Assess, stabilize and provide emergency care for critical cases.
• Monitor vital signs, clinical condition and ensure timely escalation of deteriorating patients.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments, reviewing investigations and following treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Handle PM‑JAY, cashless and TPA processes, including patient admission and authorization.
• Prepare and process required documentation, coordinating with insurance/TPA representatives.
• Follow up on approvals, queries and claim‑related requirements, ensuring timely submission of billing and medical documents.

Required profile

• MBBS with valid medical registration and prior ICU experience (for Duty Doctor).
• Good emergency and critical‑care handling skills, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in PM‑JAY, cashless and TPA desk operations (for TPA staff).
• Knowledge of hospital documentation, billing processes and ability to work efficiently in a multispeciality environment.
