Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a reliable Driver to transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the property’s vehicle. The role involves ensuring safe, punctual, and courteous service while maintaining the vehicle’s condition and adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to designated locations and document each trip before and after travel.
• Park the vehicle in the assigned spot when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, and fluid levels; refuel as needed.
• Report any maintenance needs, incidents, damages, or accidents to the supervisor.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service in line with Marriott standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members using pagers, radios, or email.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including uniform standards and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work full‑time hours and respond quickly to guest service needs.
