About the role
We are seeking a Domestic Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes using VMS and MSP platforms. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet client hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Coupa to receive, manage, and track job requisitions.
- Communicate daily with MSP program managers and client hiring teams.
- Source candidates via job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and internal databases.
- Shortlist profiles, match them to VMS requirements, and schedule interviews.
- Update candidate statuses and ensure compliance in the VMS portal.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of domestic recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple fast‑moving requisitions.
