District Account Manager – Clinical Sales (Goa)

About the role

The District Account Manager will drive clinical sales initiatives for specialty physicians within the Goa region. Reporting to the MedTech (Ethicon) team, you will help shape growth strategies, support physicians, and enhance Johnson & Johnson’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
• Contribute to projects, programs, or processes that advance the Clinical Sales specialty area.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales strategy.
• Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven sales and retention strategies.
• Attend to cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.
• Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention tactics.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical or medical device sales, preferably within hospital or specialty physician settings.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret consumer data and market trends.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of sales incentive structures and commission‑based compensation.
