About the role
Join the American Girl Retail team in Los Angeles as a Dishwasher, supporting a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary, contributing to a safe and welcoming experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to health code standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle side‑work tasks such as stock rotation, proper food storage, and station set‑up and take‑down.
- Assist with garbage removal and overall kitchen upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Required profile
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience, especially as a dishwasher, is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting 30‑50 lb.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
