Director, Strategic Client Growth – Healthcare RCM Sales

About the role

Vee Healthtek is seeking a results‑driven Director of Strategic Client Growth to lead new client acquisition and revenue expansion within the U.S. healthcare provider market. This remote position focuses on selling Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to hospitals, health systems, and large physician groups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, closing Healthcare RCM/BPO deals.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives, health system leaders, and large physician groups.
• Lead consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and execute growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling Healthcare RCM solutions to hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and buyer personas.
• Executive‑level presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
