Director, SAP Portfolio & Program Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its SAP Portfolio and Program Management practice within the Advisory line of service in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding clients through the full lifecycle of SAP solutions, from strategy and design to implementation and adoption, helping them improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end SAP consulting engagements for enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute portfolio and program strategies that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and integrate SAP applications.
• Provide thought leadership, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve issues that impede project delivery or client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting across multiple modules.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale SAP programs and portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
