Director, Product Management

About the role

CommerceIQ is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its fast‑growing Retail Media product line. You will drive the transition from a SaaS + services model to an agent‑native services product, delivering measurable sales lift for Fortune‑100 brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and execution for the entire retail media product line and build the team that drives it.
• Partner with the VP, Retail Media to shape strategy, roadmap and run end‑to‑end execution.
• Lead the shift to an agent‑native services product, working closely with engineering.
• Work backwards from customer workflows to prioritize features that drive ARR growth.
• Collaborate with sales on GTM, deal support, positioning and pipeline generation.
• Drive rapid prototyping of new agent capabilities and create repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of product management experience delivering revenue‑generating products, preferably at scale.
• Hands‑on AI experience: built or shipped products using LLMs, agents or modern AI tooling.
• Proven ability to run a product team while partnering with senior leaders on strategy.
• Strong customer‑facing instincts: can translate workflow needs into product features.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and sales/GTM teams.
• High ownership mindset, acting as the de‑facto GM of the product line.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science or related field.
