Director – Oracle Fusion Finance

About the role

PWC is seeking a Director to lead its Oracle Fusion Finance practice within the Advisory line of service. The role will guide clients in leveraging Oracle enterprise technology to meet digital transformation goals across finance, operations, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Ensure financial systems align with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members on Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments, and develop financial reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
• At least two successful Oracle Fusion ERP finance module implementations in the Indian market.
• Strong knowledge of India localisation features.
• Educational qualification: BTech or MBA.
