Director of Talent Acquisition & Attraction

About the role

Lead Bosch Limited’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction function in India, shaping strategies to attract top talent and positioning Bosch as an employer of choice. This senior role oversees end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, workload management for Talent Acquisition Managers, RPO partners and vendors to ensure effective hiring outcomes.
• Lead ecosystem development, including hiring‑manager coaching, Talent Hub touchpoints and implementation of innovative industry practices.
• Establish and monitor recruiting processes, manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates, and drive business impact and candidate experience through defined KPIs.
• Design and implement onboarding strategies that enhance new‑joiner engagement, retention and overall candidate experience.
• Mentor and develop a nationwide team of TA managers, RPO partners and academic collaborators to secure top talent.
• Collaborate with ER and Legal teams to ensure compliance with employment legislation and align recruitment strategies with corporate objectives.
• Utilise data‑driven approaches to monitor recruitment platforms, achieve hiring targets efficiently and meet diversity recruitment goals.
• Develop launch‑pad programs for strategic talent attraction from academia, DEI hiring initiatives and alternative talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale talent acquisition functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute recruitment strategies that deliver business impact.
• Experience ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing legal/ER interfaces.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring efficiency and diversity outcomes.
• Track record of mentoring and developing high‑performing TA teams.
