About the role
The Director of Rooms will lead the Rooms Division at Grand Hyatt Jaipur, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies, brand standards, and the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Maintain brand standards across all departments and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality service.
- Collaborate with other hotel leaders to achieve financial and service targets.
- Implement effective policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance team performance.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager in a large hotel operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
