Director of Revenue Management – US & Caribbean Portfolio

About the role

MOSAIC Hospitality is looking for an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing strategy and revenue performance for a portfolio of independent and lifestyle hotels across the United States and Caribbean. Based in Mumbai, you will work remotely with US‑based leadership and property teams, aligning demand strategy, distribution, and forecasting to drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies for multiple hotel assets.
• Oversee demand forecasting, pickup analysis, and market intelligence.
• Manage distribution across OTAs, brand.com, CRS, and channel partners.
• Monitor booking pace, competitive positioning, and rate strategy.
• Lead RevMAX meetings and commercial performance reviews with property teams.
• Support monthly reporting, market analysis, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Collaborate with US leadership to align commercial strategy and execution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hotel revenue management experience in the US market.
• Experience managing multiple properties or a regional portfolio.
• Strong analytical capability in forecasting, pricing, and market demand trends.
• Ability to work US business hours remotely from India.
