Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the hotel’s revenue team, shaping pricing, inventory and distribution strategies to maximise profitability across all revenue streams. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines analytical insight with cross‑functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the revenue management team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and execute robust revenue strategies, including topline forecasts and incremental profit initiatives.
• Conduct weekly/bi‑weekly revenue meetings, presenting data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Optimize pricing, inventory and reservation processes in partnership with the reservations team.
• Monitor market share and RevPAR against the competitive set, leveraging OTA and distribution channels.
• Ensure data quality and system hygiene across revenue management and distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, front‑office and sustainability teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in senior revenue management roles within the hospitality sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, profit‑focused decisions.
• Deep understanding of revenue management principles and the distribution landscape.
