Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Accor is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimisation for a dedicated hotel. The role focuses on maximising turnover while aligning with the hotel’s strategy, brand marketing, and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement revenue management (RM) methods to maximise turnover in line with hotel strategy.
• Execute AGM/GM daily strategy, update planning, quote groups and alert AGM on market deviations.
• Support the GM in creating and refining revenue strategy through data analysis.
• Apply daily recommendations from the revenue management system and distribution channels, adjusting proposals for optimisation.
• Analyse hotel performance, market trends, competitor pricing, and closed dates to inform pricing strategies.
• Review contract performance (price, allotments, rooms sold) before renewal decisions.
• Assist in preparing the annual revenue budget and achieving operational turnover targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in hotel revenue management, sales strategy or commercial functions.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior revenue management or commercial leadership role.
