Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the revenue strategy for Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel, ensuring optimal profitability across all revenue centres. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape pricing, forecasting and distribution tactics to maximise RevPAR and overall hotel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly 3‑month and monthly 12‑month room revenue forecasts by market segment.
• Contribute to the annual budget and assist in developing the hotel’s Sales & Marketing plan.
• Define and communicate pricing strategies based on market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
• Maintain compliance with brand, regional and ownership revenue management procedures.
• Adjust availability and rates across all distribution channels to capture market demand while protecting parity.
• Introduce incremental revenue generators and support the sales team with performance analysis of top accounts.
• Set monthly upselling targets for front‑office and reservations teams.
• Monitor competitor pricing and availability daily, reporting performance versus the competitive set.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills to influence pricing decisions across departments.
• Ability to lead weekly revenue meetings and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
