Director of People & Culture

About the role

Raffles Udaipur is seeking a dynamic HR leader to oversee all People & Culture functions. The role partners closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, foster an inclusive workplace, and drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compliance, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day People & Culture operations and strategic HR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, leadership development, and talent retention.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, compliance, training, and HR analytics.
• Partner with the Executive Committee on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Manage HR budgeting, employee wellness, recognition, and performance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent management and compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or multinational organisations is an advantage.
