Director of Operations

About the role

The Director of Operations will lead the efficient running of the hotel division, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This senior position ensures that employee, guest and owner expectations are consistently met while maintaining high operational quality across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Implement corporate strategies and brand standards throughout the property.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of all departments, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational profitability.
• Manage relationships with employees, guests, and owners to uphold the hotel's reputation.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior roles such as Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping or Culinary within a large hotel operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
