About the role
You will serve as the operational backbone of URTech, driving efficiency across HR, Finance, and IT. In this senior position you will optimize processes, oversee vendor and facilities management, and ensure the seamless delivery of operational software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Streamline cross‑departmental workflows to improve productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee facilities operations.
- Implement and maintain scalable operational software systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategy with business goals.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology environment.
- Strong financial acumen and a process‑oriented mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
